any wats tat brown piece dangling on the board? and i got problem fitting the casing back properly

Your BIOS socket is empty . Plug a BIOS chip in that empty socket. The brown board dangling is your power board(voltage and Ground) and should be screwed down in that area above your memory card slot.
That AES takes an AC adapter with an output of 5V 3A

I was about to say the same thing. If you need a bios chip let me know. I may have a few laying around or i can burn you one. Or you can just grab a unibios 2.3 from razoola, his prices are pretty reasonable considering all that they can do.
