Never had a problem with Ryan and he always marked down items for shipping/customs even when I forgot to ask...
Saved me the bullshit import tax over here in the UK, I think it's safe to say now some issues were raised while some car wreck shizz was going on not so long back but mentioning that then was nah...

Ryan still owes me an $87 refund from SEPTEMBER. Last time he messaged me was on November 1st, he said "I'll send it tomorrow with tracking" (this was after over 2 months of him making up excuses as to why he couldn't send the refund yet, mind you). Never heard from him again, and never received any refund. I've mailed him dozens of times since then, even messaged him through his ebay account. He's totally ignoring me and as far as I'm concerned he's a thief and a time-waster. Avoid him like the plague. I'm reporting him to a few internet crime bureaus in the meantime.

I had order issues same time FTL did plus others but of course no-one knew what the fuck was going on then..
Charge it back if it's paypal, reply/refund nailed on at a guess...

Unfortunately I paid via credit card through japangamesnow.com's order page. At this point, it's past my credit card's "chargeback" period (which is less than 90 days iirc). I would have requested a chargeback through the credit card, but Ryan kept telling me for 2 months "I'll send it next week". Then he just dropped out of contact. I don't know, maybe there's some crazy stuff in his life. I hope he gets back on the rails soon and straightens out all the business -- such as my refund --that he left on the burner.

Right, a refund on a Hori Fighting Stick Neo. I ordered it in August, used it for a week or two and decided it wasn't for me. His policy is he accepts "change of heart" returns (it's written right there on his web page), though he deducts a 20%restocking fee from these items (which was fine with me). So I paid $122 shipped for it, and after a 20% reduction he owed me a refund of $87 which he repeatedly said he would send. He got the stick back and tested it out in mid september. Everything was fine. And the rest is as I posted above.
If I knew he would dick around like this, honestly I would have just kept it and sold it on these forums to get some money back. But as of right now, he has the stick, and all the money I paid for the stick, and I've got nothing.

wow so far it's been about 50/50 on japangamesnow hope my order comes out okay i've been in the neo geo game since 92 i'v done 99% of my business with gamedude in north hollywood and some at japanvideogames in san gabriel were i live so if everything comes out okay i would do more

I've sent a few more emails. Once again, no response. Japangamesnow fucking sucks. They're like Buyrite all over again. Fucking steal my money, ignore my emails, and they go on with their business like nothing happened.
I encourage all of you to avoid business with these crooks. I'm going to post as much about this on different websites as I can, in an effort to negatively impact their sales and prevent others from losing their money like I did.

wow i started this post to get some feedback on jpn.com and i got to say more then i thought well as for me my order went awesom i would I am going to place my next order soon ryan hey so far so good fast service i mean i put my order on dec 26 and got my order on jan 06. and mined you that it was x-mas new years then no mail ran becuase of gerld fords veiwing and still got it to me in time now to me thats pretty damn fast so if anyone ask i would say order away keep you posted

I got my first order, i'm pretty satisfied. It did take a wee bit longer then i woulda thought to get to me but i hear the postal service is really slow lately so i won't put the blame on them. My second order should be arriving here soon so i'll let you know how it turns out. Hes got good prices thats for sure.

My order showed up and as promised..was brand new! It took so long cause it was sent parcel post instead of priority, but its no biggie. Worth the wait for sure.
