I purchased Fire Pro Bout 3 (PCE) off eBay from the seller bullseyes_videogames_collectibles. This was on approx. June 10th, 2005. I sent payment promptly (and another one by accident) and to this date have not received anything.

For anyone that's dealt with this user...

Will I eventually get my game or am I screwed for good? I'd like to think that it's just been delayed for quite some time. I can't give negative feedback due to eBay's 60 day policy, unfortunately.

Just wanted to let others know of my mishap with this seller.

Thanks. :crying:

Wow, I've purchased a few games off of them and had no troubles. Then again, you never know when sellers are going to turn sour. Happened to me with a Seller named mercypal. He had perfect feedback, but he sold me a fucked up Neo controller. Wether or not it was like that before he shipped it, I don't know, but he only put the damn controller in a little bubble wrap and a padded envelope, and didn't insure it like I paid for! Then he didn't even want to give me a partial refund so I could have it fixed. I could've fixed it myself, but I just wanted conpensation for wasting my time and money. Total asshole, do not buy from him either.

Anyways, have you threatened them yet? I would have filled their e-mail account to the brim! From now on, if they don't get you what you want within the feedback period, leave 'em negative feedback! There's no excuse to have to wait that long for something.

Yeah I had forgotten about the auction for a bit. When I logged back in to eBay to submit negative feedback I noticed it was too late. Not sure what's happening but I noticed they had a ton of positive feedback but lately it's been a lot of negative/neutral feedback. :emb:

I take it you never read 'what people.. think about him at pcenginefx.com

He plays this game of snatching up all the, TG16 games on ebay then reselling it for... twice as much :p

http://www.pcenginefx.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=695

Buy from him at your own risk i say.
Thanks for the link. :)

I did the ol' buy first, check feedback later thing on the game I won, which I regret. I now am more careful on eBay and I'm going to stick to using it on the really hard to find stuff along with regional auctions (within Canada for me). Either that unless I see a forum member selling.

Thanks for all responses thus far! ;)

I think you'll get the game, Old School. I had a similar experience with Bullseye, though not as extreme- after months of avoiding his auctions due to something about them just not seeming "right," I finally decided to try him out on a cheapie (complete copy of Battlemorph for Jag CD) to see how things would go.

I then proceeded to wait just less than one month for the game to arrive. I wasn't impressed at all, needless to say, and I've never bought from him again. But at least he sent the game.

I was thinking about that. I thought a month and a half for shipping would be bearable, but disappointing nonetheless. I do hope I get the game. Worst thing is though, that I accidentally sent him two PayPal payments. I sent the first (about $17CAD) through after I won the auction. I then refreshed the page and it said no payment was sent so I sent another. I didn't find out until later that night that I sent two. So in total I sent him about $35CAD. I emailed PayPal and went through their help page and they said there is no way that I could reclaim my second payment. I even emailed Bulls_Eye and he said he's see about sending the payment back. I guess the second part is my fault for being a PP n00b (although getting the PP back shouldn't be a hassle AT ALL!).

How exactly can I go abouts filing negative feedback before 90 days? When I checked a few weeks ago, I couldn't find the Item # or any links to send me to the auction in My Ebay and then in the Wins Folder.

Any help would be appreciated since that would give me some closure and it's nearing three months since I've initially sent payment.

Just found the link to leave feedback after like 20 minutes of searching My Ebay.

You can view his feedback here:
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=bullseyes_videogames_collectibles

Here is the PCE game I won:
http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemWithCategory&item=8148316158

Also, where the fuck is the Log Out button now? I swear eBay changes it every god damn time I log on.

Again, thanks for the contributions. Hopefully, the business coming in will slowly trickle to a halt with this asshole.

The eBay people need to get their collective heads out of their asses and redesign the site. It really is hard as hell to navigate sometimes. It tooke me 10 minutes just to find out how to report a non-paying bidder a few weeks back. Rediculous.

Hahaha. Look at the feedback he submitted for me:

"BEWARE SELLERS!!! Leaves negative months after receiving item."

This seller is as low as they come. He couldn't even fucking send the game I paid for and to top it off he even got an extra payment and was still a prick.

 :oh_no: :envy: :blow_top:

Ebay can be a frustrating place to do business. You really can't rely on feedback anymore because so many people hold it hostage anyway. By that I mean I will pay right away but the seller(s) won't leave me feedback until I leave feedback first.

A lot of people are willing to leave positive feedback just to keep their feedback positive. To keep my feedback at 100% I have had to leave a couple of positives that I probably shouldn't have. You just have to weigh the worth of the issue you are dealing with.

Regarding your problem, you have had to wait too long to receive the product and to receive a refund of the extra payment. All he has to do is hit the refund payment on the second payment. I would notify the seller that you are going to file a complaint with Ebay/PayPal if he does not resolve the situation. That has worked for me in the past. The best thing you can do is to try to get him to respond via e-mail so that you have can prove it is not resolved.

I refuse to leave positive feedback for people who screw around, even if it gets me a neg. in return. I still had a perfect feedback rating for just over 3 years, up until 2 months ago when I bought a Neo controller off of a guy named mercypal, who deals in a lot of Neo Geo/PC Engine stuff, so watch out. The Start button didn't work so I demanded a partial refund so I could fix it. I could fix it myself, but I just wanted him to pay for sending me crap. I even paid extra to insure the package, but he didn't insure it, and he sent the damn controller in a bubble mailer!!! He didn't even want to give me $10 back, so I said $8 will do. The fuckign cheap bastard didn't even want to give me $8, so I left him neg. feedback. You should read it. My eBay name is ki_atsushi also.
Recently, some guy named Henry_Is_A_Good_Man!!! bid on a NGPC + games I had up for sale. He never paid, so when I filed a non-paying bidder strike on him he left negative feedback claiming that I cashed a money order from him and never sent the goods. What a fucking asshole. I specifically stated in my auctions that they were paypal only anyway, but I might have even took the damn money order if I got one. What a fucker. I left a neg. for him too, but he hides his feedback like a bitch.

Anyways, the moral of the story is that eBay sucks ass, and so do the people on it. Bid/Sell with extreme caution.

He consistently has at least 2 reports against him a month. What a fucker. I guess I got lucky, because I bought games off of him about a year ago.

Just a bit of an update on my part.

He emailed me harrassing me in an attempt to mutually withdraw both negative feedbacks. I insisted I wouldn't because he scammed me both for my item and also other money. I emailed him a second time but since then he hasn't wrote back (about a week ago).

I wish people would stop dealing with him. Better yet, maybe one of these days eBay would put a stop to all fraudulent dealers. That's the least they can do with all of the money they're making.

I'm pretty much going to delete my eBay account and stay far away from that place for now on. It's getting to be pretty fucking rediculous now... :(

Agreed. I am probably getting scammed right now, I bought a complete Ninja Gaiden III for NES back in mid-August, and I still haven't received it. Luckily the guy is seemingly cooperating with me though, but I still have a bad feling about this transaction...

I don't have many problems with sellers on eBay i just look at thier feedback and dont buy shit off of people with a feedback score anylower than 95% and i always check why the seller has recieved negatives and that basically tells me wether or not this guy is bs or not plus i only bid on items that have real photo's of the item...

A while back, when I was in the market for a PC Engine, every search I would do would be flooded with his ridiculous auctions. I pretty much guarantee that all of his stuff will be permanently listed because it is so overpriced. He wanted like $600 for a U.S. Duo with a burned copy of Dracula X... What a douche.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your buy. I once was ripped off by an Ebay seller. His answer was since I did not pay for a tracking number, it was my fault that I never got the SNES. I told him to fuck off and die! I lost about $50.00 on that deal. :very_ang:
