rammstein reise, reise

los is my favorite track on this, but I gotta say its a fucking good album, real heavy as usual. Rammstein got a tad mainstream, but they cant help that, they have a good dark sound. Even more digestable if you got knowledge of the german language.

I just haven't really been able to get into it yet, but Los is a pretty kick ass song. Moskau and Ohne Dich are standouts too I thought, but I find myself skipping over some other stuff.

In my opinion, Mutter is their masterpiece and Herzeleid behind that. Actually all their stuff is good, so it doesn't matter I guess.

There's concensus a brewin' here, as Los and Moskau are damn awesome. I don't know if you guys have seen the video for Amerika, but it compliments the lyrical content damn well. The title track ain't bad either.

Haven't heard Herzeleid, but Mutter is the shit. You two probably already know about it, but Herzeleid.com has some good translations. Gives us non-German speakers meaning to the songs, and inadvertently changing the way you think about them at the same time.

First off, HOW THE HELL DID I MISS THIS ALBUM!! *screams in pure terror* I shall be heading to Best Buy shortly.

Herzeleid is only so-so in comparison with the other Rammstein albums. I would call Sehnsucht their very best album, with Mutter also being outstanding, and then Herzeleid is a pretty big drop-off, IMO. I hardly ever listen to it.

And I know enough German to understand most of the lyrics. Definitely does help with overall appreciation of the songs, but the general feel of the music is amazing by itself.

I loved Rammstein doing "Feuer Frei!" (or however it's spelled) in xXx.

I haven't heard any other songs except Reise, Reise and I think that song rules. I heard it on XM and had to download it when I got home :o

herzelied is fucking sadistic, I use to shoot people dead in goldeneye to those tracks.
Sehnsucht was also good, I cant say they've really had a bad album, they are such a niche area that they can get away with alot. Like danzig, hes been called unclassifiable (wink wink, dark blues)

Anyways, Los is a fucking awesome track, the guitar in that stands out in almost any 2005 track I've heard and im a REAL tough person to please when it comes to stuff like that.

Just got it, and I'm very impressed with the first few tracks. Up to par, certainly.

I really like Reise Reise, definitely one of the top tracks on the album. Haven't gven it a listen in a good while though.

I still need to check out there current and last album. Geeez...I am behind.
