This is a Twin Stick originally for Playstation. I removed the internal PCBs (so it no longer works for PS) and replaced them for 2 DB15 cables, so it will work in a Neo Geo or supergun (if the supergun is wired according to the Neo Geo pin-out). The parts on the stick are not real arcade ones but I guess they could be replaced if wanted.
This is a pic of the inside, the wiring job is a very simple one:
Again I'd rather trade it for almost anything, like MVS carts, GC/DS/PSP game, etc. Shipping is going to be high again, Spain or at least European Union would be preferred.
I just had a look at the cheaper shipping option (22.50€, around 30$) so I could sell it for 40$ paypal shipped to either USA or Europe. The 10$ difference is just to cover paypal fee and the trip to the post office carrying a 3-4 kgs, 1 m long package. For any less I'd rather just remove the two DB15 cables (they costed me 5.5€ each) and use them in my next controller modding project.
Or I'd trade it for a PSP game (Ridge Racer, Metal Gear US, Darkstalkers, Twisted Metal, Lumines...) shipped airmail.
