what does the VFFT consist of ? is it software only or full kit , if its a full kit what does it consist of ? and which version is it A or B ?

also which I/O's are with the N2 plug & play kit?
Sega V1/ with amp & PSU? cables, GD, Dimm ? or Capcom I/O / Sega V2I/O and 5v Tweaking (for N2 GD)

N2 package will consist of your choice:

Final tuned is software only. I can get you a full kit if you are seriously looking to pick one up. ;)

N2 Plug and play is your choice of I/O:

Capcom I/O or Sega Jamma I/O + amp + PSU or Sega Non-Jamma I/O + amp + PSU

Complete N2 setup of your choice.
