Nothing after that. David has sent several e-mail asking about confirmation of the package actually been sent, and specially the tracking number. The package has not arrived to Barcelona, when EMS from USA usually needs just a week.

So we would really like to hear something about this from Shawn.

i've send 2311231 mails and resend a aes cart of svc chaos that he send me with rom error, when he received the cart he answer my mail... my advice, send him a letter by normal post, at least he still looking his postal box.

On a less serious note, it's still shocking to me that so many people are having these problems. I ordered a cart during the 1 week sale and got it the same week.

Is there no end to this?

I cancelled my order a couple of weeks ago, due to a severe lack of communication from customer service at the Neostore.
I asked Shawn to confirm this ASAP, but received no reply whatsoever (deep down I probably didn´t expect one).

Today I´m confronted with a creditcard bill, stating that Neostore has indeed taken the money.

I´m a patient man, but this is getting ridiculous.

Well, believe it or not, but David e-mailed Shawn again some minutes ago and he inmediately got a response:

I just finished packaging your shipment. I hope 34 XXXXXXXXX is your correct phone #.

Any idea if right now is the scheduled server downtime in WoW?
So looks like it took him 3 weeks to finish packaging that order...
I hope this time he ships it for real and can send the tracking number after he actually ships it.

I emailed Shawn because I wanted to know
if I can put about $100.00 down payment
for the Atomiswave kit with Dolphin Blue to
have it put on hold so I can pay it off in
August which would be about $500.00
Because it cost about $475.00. So I want
to send a down payment starting in April
to the Neo Store but I haven't gotten
emailed back about it though.

He used to reply back to me but he doesn't
anymore. Maybe he is very busy right now.

I'd just wait on putting the money down. Dolphin Blue isn't a very popular title, so I doubt it's gonna sell out. Might even drop in price by August.

Yeah, I think you lost any paypal recourse. Did you use a credit card, you might still be able to do a chargeback.
