Edit: But really, it isn't anybody's responsibility to get anyone their stuff. Once it's clear someone is a bad seller, stop dealing with them. The consequence of poor dealing should be lost revenues from other buyers. If the cheated party doesn't take the trouble to ask about his stuff in every thread, why should you?
