WARNING to all ebay buyers HK_CYWONG is back

To anyone that does not know this guy...he is one of the top 5 biggest scammers out there. He sold about $100,000 worth of stuff and after people sent him their money he didnt send their games. His account became unregistered and he screwed a bunch of people.

To everyone that does know him....Here is the evidence this user is who I am talking about.

1) ""JP NOT MVS"". HK_CYWONG always had that in his titles. No one else ever writes that.

2) His listings are very similar in style

3) He ends his auctions early after starting them for $9.99 and there is only 1 bidder.

4) He is from Hong Kong

Anyone bidding on his auctions "BEWARE". This guy legitimately sells his stuff until he gets 100 feedbacks. Once he gets 100 feedbacks he will do his normal scam. He will put up a lot of high priced auctions and take your money then empty his paypal account.

I did a couple of transactions with him, on and off ebay, and he never
scammed me.

No ones is saying that you didn't. Just pointing out that he is a proven thief and his ebay habits are beyond shady. He gets a bunch of successfull transactions under his belt for a good rep and then goes for the kill and runs off with a load of money from his last sales.
You were probably one of his customers from when he was trying to establish good feedback to get people gaurds down.

You are being a total fool if you deal with this guy; his history is undeniable in spite of what our friend with the rapper's name says. Listen to him and you will end up like everyone else in that thread I linked to.

READ THE ENTIRE THREAD I posted; it gets ugly. A LOT of people were SCAMMED because they though they were going to get something for nothing. Don't be an idiot and let HK_CYWONG screw you like he did to so many others whom were looking for a "deal" and forgot that things that are too good to be true, are.

Read the thread man- the evidence speaks for itself! he SCREWED a ton of people- there is no excuse for that!

If you risk it people, you have almost no protection and he can walk with impunity as he has done before.

well i am not supporting him but i did have a smooth transaction with him before any of those thread was made or before anyone complained about him

many ppl do switch around and turn scam even tho they were trusted before

Hmm the style of the auctions remind me of one bad deal I had with a hong kong seller called "archiu" back in 2002, could this have been the same guy?. He had around 100 positive feedback, but then suddenly dissapeared... ripped me off on a NeoGeo CD system with games..

I was looking at those auctions but I had no idea it was HK_CYWONG. Thats ok though...thanks for the pointer as I dont give a fuck about that prick. I rarely buy any games from Japan anyways. So Im...sorry to here about the people that got scammed by him.

Dude, that is the point. BEFORE anyone had any issue you and too_short dealt with him. ANYONE after that got ripped off and their MONEY WAS STOLEN.

That is not cool and this guy is not trust worthy.

Look at the FACTS:

As archiu he get builds up a decent name and the rips you off; likely a lot more people too.

Then as HKCYWONG he rips of DOZENS of people, however before doing so he gives a few people an honest deal to build a good cover. Now he's back and anyone that thinks he's not going to do the EXACT SAME THING is dead wrong.

As I said earlier READ THE ENTIRE THREAD, the answers are there. MANY people lost $, many were going to pay and saw that thread and did not; he then got banned from eBay for scamming. You can be sure that the 6 or so that admitted it are onl the minority, most said nothing, how do I know? He was running 100 auctions and most had winning bidders. So people jst felt badly for being ripped and were silent.

If you go ahead with him and get ripped it'sbecause your cheap ass was trying to save a few $. You'll get what you deserve in that case.

So a guy STEALS people's money and is a bad seller; how about theif?

As for the $100,000 I never said that, that number is one made up by you. I said he had 100 auctions running, which he did at the time of the thread where he scammed everyone.

still can't see anything that bad to be honest, hes some advice if it comes from hong kong always be cautious, you would have to be pretty niave to think that stuff from hong kong is 100% legit etc., its bootleg capital of the world, i have had many bad experiences there.

gotcha; i cannot vouch for the overall number, i think the topic starter might have ben a bit off when he said $100,000

what is clear is that cy_wing took $450 from one guy for a Metal slug 5 and never sent the game, took $1700 from another guy and never sent anything, took an undisclosed amount from 2 more people and sent nothing. more people whom decided not to share thier stories got scammed too.

a bad sellermight send you the items in bad condition or very late.

a scammer/thief will take your $ and not send you anything.

cy_wong has been PROVEN to be just that; so i disagree with you when you say that you cannot see what is "that bad"; he would have taken your $ if he had the chance and the tune you'd be singing would be very different. that is all i am saying.

These people got the stuff, but had major issues:
mystic_flame
Fanshiro

D_lite, Ramblin and other reported him for Schill bidding and cancelling auctions right before they ended. He got banned from eBay shortly thereafter. eBay only bans people for SERIOUS shit liek scamming and not paying fees.

These people had their $ flat out stolen:
MExicant, MS5 AES, $450-$500 or so
Kulanartkung (MONTHS before he went south) $1700
jiboom 500 quid or about $750
PetSim24 300 Quid or about $520
David_Thompson I am guessing, say $45 for the AOF 3

Tha means at least $3515 of stolen; that is a LOT of money! I am sure many people said nothing though they too were ripped.

The people that read and heeded the original thread did not get burned; those that did not got burned. As for "post count" who cares if a guy with 5,000 ot 5 got ripped? A scammer doe snot sent stuff to people with a high post count, he messes with everyone.

the reason i am so negative is that loads of low post count /low feedback people go around moaning and complaining about usually nothing, i got a negative feedback before from someone who never even payed me, who then goes around saying im a bad seller, surfice to say hes the only negative feedback i have ever received.
