Would someone translate the above text from Ragnagard? It would be for a shock box I'm planning on making.

translation:

cataclysmic attacks roar, midair combos explode!

All the characters who appear in shin ou ken were created as 3d models on a workstation and then from there the models
were used to create the characters for the (neogeo) game.

More than that in shin ou ken a complex and realistic ?(cant read the kanji)? character action 2d fighting game has been
made possible.

Looks like the 2 kanji here are "chimitsu" (chimitsu na = minute, fine, nice, elaborate, delicate, accurate, discriminating).

i knew it was mitsu something but as you know kanji are near impossible to look up with only the second character.... i spent 10 minutes looking for it then gave up :)
