I just got word from class that a great friend of mine was killed yesterday! Here's the scoop:
Authorities investigate cause of fatal accident

ADA, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating whether a hit-and-run traffic collision that killed an East Central University football player and critically injured another resulted from a confrontation between the players and the occupants of a second vehicle.
The driver of the second vehicle, Amman Reich, 43, of Konawa, turned himself in to the Pontotoc County Sheriff's Office Monday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said. There was no immediate word on what charges he might face.
Joseph Tusan, 18, of Arlington, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 1:24 a.m. Sunday crash along U.S. Highway 377 in Pontotoc County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Dennis Scales and Sajade Miller, two other players, were
injured. Scales was in the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in critical condition and Sajade Miller was in Valley View Regional Hospital in Ada in guarded condition. A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized in good condition.
They were among 10 students and football players who were in a pickup truck that was rammed from behind by another pickup, causing it to lose control and overturn about 6.5 miles north of Ada.
"There was some confrontation of some sort," said Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. Brandon Kopepasah. "We're going to find out more through the investigation."
Tusan was among five students in the bed of the pickup who were ejected, the patrol said.
Motor vehicle law prohibits passengers from riding in the back of pickup trucks, Kopepasah said.
This shit really is fucked up. Sure my friends and the others were trespassing on his property (although I doubt if they knew that cause they know better than that!), but that didn't give that bitch ass the right to chase them afterwards and run them off.
Another one of my friends were hurt (They didn't mention his name) Nolan Crowdus. I hope he survives this cause he was my boy! He made me and everyone laugh even when they had horrible days! Joe was my best friend of four years! He would help me out whenever I (or anyone else) needed! He was a good student/friend/brother/son/grandson whatever it is! It's fucked up how crazy ass crackers like this 43-year-old goes around killing people. (Everyone forgive me for my mouth but dammit, this is how the FUCK I feel!)
