How can you tell? I'm, signed into ebay and I can only see it in my watched list.
I can't see it in completed items and I can't see the price it sold for.

You can see the most recent few months of price history for free, but I have never seen a best offer price revealed.What? When the frack did ebay start charging to see pricing history?

I normally do a completed listings search with highest first and work it out from where the best offer appears in the results.
I'll bet this one is close to the top of the list!
Don't forget that there is no way to know if the buyer actually ended up paying for it.
