I use a Shinybow SB-5525 with my XRGB-mini and have had 0 issues. It costs a bit more than the Banbridge however if you live in the states Shinybow actually sells it locally. Unlike the article says it's very easy to find but it's not cheap however it works 100% out of the box which is why I spent the extra penny.

This is Shinybow's US distributor through Texas. According to my paypal history it was just under $190 shipped.
I spend a lot of time on something awful and they've found that with the Banbridge 5 way the 5th scart port is wired up weird and will cause strange things to happen like the power led on consoles turning on while being off using different ports. If you use it I'd just avoid plugging anything in the 5th port and you should be golden.
