do the new fighting games (MotW,KOF 2001, .........) have practice/training mode on the AES ?

Rage of the dragon's practice mode is not a real practice mode - more like an exhibition match, since you can't make the opponent stand still. The rest of the post 1997 fighters have training modes.

one more question:
I got used to play on SEGA's cabint (can't remeber the name) so will I find the AES joystick as good as the arcades. will I be able to do norrow jumps and shoryokens so easily on the AES ?

Personally, I consider the classic Neo NGH sticks to be the finest controller ever made, better than any arcade cab I've ever seen. The stick is tight and responsive, and the buttons are just as good. Can't go wrong with it (unless you just hate clicky joysticks).

thanks . this is how I remeber it. just as you said: "the best joystick ever" . but this was a long time ago and my skills has improved a lot since that time so I thoght it will be different this time.
