Price questions...

I just found a local video game importer by my job with the following USA AES carts for sale BRAND NEW:

1) Windjammers

2) Aero Fighters 2

Anybody know a fair price for them? I'm trying to bargain with them, so I wanted some type of feedback. Thanks.

Brand new, a fair price would be $200 for the pair brand new. Even around $260 for both is probably fair. Both games are enjoyable in my opinion.

What are they looking to get for them right now?

I can honestly say that I know of a person who is willing to pay around $175-$200 for a pristine-mint NEW Aero Fighters 2, meaning no flaws on the box or insert either. I, similarly, like the game to such a degree that if I did not have an originally NEW copy, I would pay the same to have it pristine. I would think the same would go for Windjammers, seeing that these are both uncommon to see for sale, as they are quality titles. Although I play my games, I am a stickler for condition in terms of collecting, and look for all of my games to be in like-new condition. With the older games, the release quantities were so high compared to the most recent offerings, that you end up pursuing NEW condition titles, whereas you might settle for just a MINT Garou or Metal Slug 3 because they are harder to come by.

Thanks for the info. The games are both stickered at $199, but from the looks of the stickers and the carts, they've been on this guys shelf for a while. Although new, they are not in "mint" condition, showing signs of normal wear and tear from being on a shelf and handled from time to time. I may make him an offer of $200 for the pair, and see where it goes. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks again.

How come Aero Fighter 2 brand new costs so much...? $200? You are kidding. I got mine for $69......I have to note that it's brand new when I bought it.
