Yeah this game is one of the best two player exp on the Neo. It's one of the best puzzle games ever made.
The odd thing is that it really blows away Magical Drop 2, so don't get to thinking "Oh well, I will just get 2 cause its easier on my wallet." Cause 2 is a disgrace compard to 3.

Huh???
What's so bad about MD2? It is my opinion that Magical Drop is more challenging than MD3.
Okay,MD3 has better graphics and an adeventure play mode. What else makes MD3 blow MD2 out of the water as you state?

One of my favorite puzzle games on the Neo. I was hooked for months, me and my roomate would play all the time (when the other was not home) and we would fight for first place... hehe until I hit the 4mil mark, he never could get beyond that... I need to hit 5 mil someday.... someday!

for me it's a feeling really, both good but the presentation of 3 and the way it just flows just makes it easier to play it feels a lot more professional, 20-30% of gameplay is the feel as far as i am conserned.

may sound odd but thats why i think 3 blows 2 out of the water

Yeah it's sort of like that. The game just seems more polished, and a better single player exp.

I'll second that MDIII is superior to MD2 - the use of the pull-down being the definitive point in the argument. That mere addition to gameplay allows you to either rape your enemies blind, or fuck yourself in the ass with ambition. It's evil.

Moreover, the graphics in MDIII seem a bit cleaner. Music is roughly the same. The NGPC version is awesome - if you like puzzle games, and like handhelds, you need this game.

And that's if you can even find it.

As someone who has owned both carts (I was a FUCKING IDIOT TOOL and sold my MD2), I definitely agree with the overriding opinion that MD3 is the more refined of the two games; hence why I felt safe in selling off my MD2. But now that I want MD2 back (the collector/completist in me has awoken), I can't fucking find it for the life of me. Not even Neo Bomberman, the MAN, can track it down! Bottom line is that both of these games are rare as hell (MD2 moreso) and fun. Both are must owns for Neo-Heads who dig the non-fighting titles.
