A KOF2K problem....

I'm not sure if I posted this in the right forum but anyway here goes....kay there's KOF2k at my local arcade and it plays fine BUT all the text is in Spanish!Is there anyway to change it to English?Any help is appreciated....

Almost all NeoGeo MVS games has language options in deep switch mode,
and you can change the default language to English from there.

Ask the owner of arcade to change it...

Maybe that area is a Hispanic neighborhood.
That's no big deal. It won't effect the gameplay.

Ok here's where it gets a little weird,there's no English option where it should be!So could you tell me what to look for in the dip?
