What Game is this (Half)of a Move Sticker from?

This is the half of the Move sticker I found in a Aero Fighters II MVS bootleg cart I bought awhile back..

It's from a KOF game, but I couldn't tell you which one. Have a look at the copyright date, that should give you some idea.

I'm pretty sure it's KoF '97, it might be '98 but I think it's '97 judging from the artwork.

My friend had a Slug 2 boot with half a KOF 00 move sticker in it.
Suprised someone else has had the same thing.
Move stickers must be a hot commodity when it comes to poor soldering jobs.
