Do any of you guys know if any TV with RGB input shows similar picture quality to a WellGardner arcade monitor? (For neo gaming of course) Also do Television sets have the same resolution in RGB?

the res is the same cause the signal is the same, just split up (well.. that's extremely simplified).
the quality is not as good, but still good enough to see the details without any/much blur. definately ALOT better than with composite video and still better than s-video.

When it comes to playing a Neo on a standard TV set, RGB is the best solution:
high resolution
vivid colors
Best set up.

The Picture tube on an RGB capable TV is the same as an aracde monitor. You can accually take the tube off of a TV to replace a bad tube on an arcade monitor if you know what your doing.

If a TV can display RGB, the signal will be the same quality as an arcade monitor. However most TVs don't have controls to make the screen size perfect, so arcade monitors would be better in that area.
