New racing and shooting games. Make an OverTop 2 or something similar, with more than one bloody track! Or a Neo DriftOut 2. Or even just some whacked out space racer. That I would love. For shooting games, we haven't had a proper deep space shooter in too long. I would like a Life Force-style game, horizontal & vertical scrolling. And we need a 4-player wresting game (King of the Monsters 3). Who doesn't need more platformers? And otherwise, just any kind of fantasy-based game, I don't care what genre it would fall into.

Another arcade RPG like Quest of Jong Master would be great, but none of it's even going to happen. While I'm dreaming though, AoF 4, Kizuna 2, WH3, FF4, ASO III, Aero Fighters 4, Shin Oh Ken 2, MS4, Pulstar 2, Neo Turf Master 2, Magician Lord 2, Crossed Swords 3, another Final Romance port, Stakes Winner 3, Iron Clad 2, even some more but I have to run.

Ikari Warriors NEEDS a sequal.

I mean Shock Troopers is kinda intense in its own way, but I still haven't found an overhead (non-flying) shooter as intense as Victory Road/Ikari Warriors 2.

No arguments there. I would rather have it take after the spirit of the original one than Victory Road, though.

Definite yes on this too. King Of The Monsters is the closest thing to a wrestling game on the Neo (yes, I do know about 3 Count Bout). Tag Team options and all the goodies included, complete with GigaShock power, yes!
