KOF 2K3 story

Anybody have like a story FAQ specifically for 2K3. The endings don't really give me the story behind the game, and I would like to know what exactly is the "mysterious power" in this game.

And isn't Geese supposed to be dead? They just reintroduce him into the story for the outlaw team without saying anything.

Geese has never been established as having died within the KOF storyline. There are countless inconsistencies which have led to countless debates as to how (or even if) the KOF timeline intersects with those of other SNK games.

Well yes, the "story" is posted, but all you are told is that a mysterious power has summoned all of the fighters (as usual) so you don't really know the story, only how the fighters get the invitations and decide to come to the tourney. Yet you don't know exactly what the plot is or who beats who.
