Our beloved 16-bit got screwed by some jerk over seas when using paypal. The guy backed out of his, and quite a few others' payment deals. Oh, but you better believe the guy still got the goods. I guess you can "take back" your money that you send to someone, and therefore he's coving his butt. I don't blame him one bit.
