Amen to that 330 . . . all the Tekken games are shit, they're a joke. Choppy, ugly animation, stupid boxy looking characters (what are they, like 10 polygons each?), and all around poor gameplay. Tekken 4 is a total joke, an embarassment. There's a long list of other 3D fighters that are much better, including Virtua Fighter 4, Soul Calibur (and soon to be SC2), and DOA2/3. Better yes, Deeper no. Virtua Fighter isn't deeper than Tekken. But less depth doesn't mean less better. And yes I'm a Virtua Fighter player and a very hardcore one at that. I just hate when people wanna rag on a game and try to make another one seem better than the other when they don't know anything about either.

They only reason so many biased Neo Geo fans hate Tekken and love Virtua Fighter is because in the West Tekken is mainstream and Virtua Fighter isn't, just like how it is with SNK and Capcom. Its a damn shame its like that and so blatantly obvious. And don't try to deny it cuz I know first hand cuz I myself used to be like that.

Also have you noticed when you asked why people say tekken sux they never can give you a serious reason? The usual response is "just cuz it does". They never can give examples of the real problems with tekken like all the same problems that affect the King of Fighters series such as Characters Balance. Tekken And KOF have so many things in common that it isn't even funny but one series is mainstream and one isn't so one ends up being hated and the other one revered yet both have lots in common.

Oh yes and I'm also a Tekken player too. I took place in The Namco Sponsered "National Tekken Tournament" in December of last year. I like both Tekken and Virtua Fighter and can play them both well and enjoy both equally. I just boggles the mind how biased some people can be and for such silly reasons. Yu Suzuki and Namco get along quite well and Mr. Susuki has also helped the Namco team when he helped finalize the controls for Tekken 3. If Suzuki-san, the creator of the VF series has respect for Tekken why can't you?

When ya'll gonna realize both Tekken and Virtua Fighter own?
