If that picture with the sheikh is anything to go by... it looks like a mini-arcade (a lá Tiny-Arcade). Which sucks cawks. A proper sized bar-arcade machine would have been nice; with like, actual hardware or FPGA (never gonna happen).
Not entirely surprising that fans put the time in (i.e; Super NT) but actual companies just end up releasing glorified Raspberry pi's with shitty emulators (Neo Geo X anyone, Sega with at-games?). They're just putting toys on the shelves of manchildren collectards at this point, so I doubt they care as long as those idiots keep scooping that feces up like the starved nerd-tards that they are.

It's a table top with a neo 19 "hood" design. Supposedly the joystick detaches. I can't make out the other mini marquees, but the last one is for sure KoF 97.
