I just made a batch and they're too salty and hot to give to people who aren't into that stuff like I am. My recipe, which I think is pretty good. Anyone interested in trying some? I can mail it to you.
Made with flank steak (cut along grain in strips, cut in half), marinated in brine w/hot peppers, salt, etc. Air dried + secret method. Won't keep as long as regular jerky, but will easily keep for a month if necessary, this batch was made 4 days ago.
Medium heat, very salty, nice flavor.
I have enough for 5 people, shipped in little plastic Ziploc bags in box.
