boot or not boot? to me it looks legit...
but i wanted to ask before buying it

It's legit, as long as the CHA board is also fine.

I thought Sengoku 3 has serials.

And shouldn't at lest one of the OTP roms be silk screened with a NGH#.

Eh, maybe the camera is not picking 'em up.

it seems that some sengoku 3 carts have no serials, while being legit :S i know it's strange
