HI Folks,
Jut got an MV1B by a friend for parts, but I would like to play with it before its discharge.
Code error is always the same:

ADDRESS 00D01000
WRITE 5555
READ 5535

I was said that the error came out just after he removed battery.

Here is a shot of the backup area.

Please, point me to the right direction on what I should check and replace.
Thank u

The battery might have leaked and caused some trace damage. Try searching the error code on this forum, someone else has probably fixed this error.

Looks like you might have some bad traces. Check continuity from chip to chip.

The error message is not at the base address of the chip so I doubt it's a data line problem. Check the address lines for continuity to the CPU. If all are OK then you simply have a bad chip.

Not for that model.

You don't need schematics. Look up the data sheets for the CPU and for the RAM.
