Would be possible, example, to rom swap a Street Fighter Ex 2 board into a " EX 2 Plus" update? If someone could help, I would be very grateful.

Yes, you can swap Rom boards on the ZN-1 and ZN-2 boards. ZN-1 games are compatible with other ZN-1 games and ZN-2 games are compatible with other ZN-2 games, like in your example, you can swap a EX 2 for an EX 2 plus rom board.

Just remember, you cannot swap games from other developers, i.e. capcom to Taito. There is a bios on all of them that have exclusive stuff to the manufacturer. But developer to developer game there should be no problem like Loegan said.

Much thanks for taking the time to answer! :) However, would a EPROM swap be possible in this case? I mean, I'm not talking about a Rival Schools to Street Fighter conversion, it would be more like just a CPS1 Champion Edition to Hyper Fighting upgrade (SFEX 2 to SFEX 2+). I'm looking at one SFEX2 board right now, so if I buy it, I could just swap the roms if possible. The price is not that great, so yes, If I were to put some Money on it, would be good to know if I could "upgrade" to a more complete version of the game (gotta hate Capcom for this)

Thanks a lot for the offer man :) But, well, unfortunately I live in South America, don't know if you would be willing to ship it here. Besides, my country currency went crazy last months, so it's 2,14 to 1US$. If you live in US, the USPS prices I heard they rose up significantly, so I don't know. But thanks for the offer, of course, depending on the price, who knows it :) I'll keep that in mind anyway, thanks again
