Got one of these today
600_7143_001_New.jpg

Then found out that whomever played with it last had butchered the RCA connections on the CN10 connector so that the RCA's go straight into the amp instead of through the CN10->CN5 connectors on the I/O board. Basically rendering a proper 001 harness RCA's pointless. Finally back in action though!

I've been in Japan this month, so i bought some common/cheap stuff, nothing fancy to see here:

The crown jewels are the Ashtrays, very happy with that :buttrock:

I don't think there is anything in those pictures that I wouldn't want. Awesome pick ups, man.

Wow I've never seen a red or black Taito ashtray. Is there a place that actually sells those in Japan? I know in the past, people have "stolen" them and then sold them on the internet.

The Saturn stick is the second of two, and works quite nicely on my DC...and surprised me since the seller said nothing of it being boxed!

You fucker, ive wanted image fight II for so long, but won't pay the 70+ they ask for it.

I found several Taito Arcades with both the blue and the red ones and God knows i really tried to buy them, but with no luck.

If i remember correctly, i brought them from Shibuya.

@DonMontG - Thanks for the kind comment.

PS- Since i had to get them the "illegal" way, i won't be selling them for any amount of money.

even if there was no other way to get them, you shouldn't have taken them. it's theft, it and it makes foreigners look bad when we go into their arcades.

But remember, if you're a native it's ok to jerkoff on the control panel.

I need one of those 12 button Egret II panels. I don't care if someone put their cock on it, I will clean it up real good.

Super Famicom Bible and NES/Famicom Bible. Both come in really nice packaging and contain both western and japanese hardware/software (and even homebrew). Very comprehensive (history, flyers, box art, etc... you name it).

I was really impressed with it. Pix'n Love does a fantastic job with their books. I just wish they had this one in English (French only for now).

.

That's awesome. I may have to pick those books up. I haven't used my French degree since college, but finally it may pay off.

I see they also have a two-volume PC Engine Bible and reference books on the Amiga and Nintendo DS. Very nice!

Yeah I also have those 2 PC Engine bibles. They're also very nice. Unfortunately the deluxe version of the bibles appear to be out of stock.
