Wwf wrestlefest pcb sprite problem

I just received a wwf wrestlefest board today. I bought it for super cheap knowing it has issues. The board boots fine in my cab. No issues with sound, it's just the character sprites appear distorted. They are recognizable but it appears that certain lines are being doubled. I'm trying to narrow down the problem. The board looks in great cosmetic shape overall. No cut traces. Chips look good, aged, but nothing glaring. Any ideas?

Reflow the QFP(Quad) chips, the flat ones with all the legs on them. It's a common problem.

It actually turned out to be a solder bridge on the underside causing the issue. The qfp's got reflowed anyhow.

That's good. Those QFPs need to be reflowed after a while.
