I had a chance to pick one up last summer, but the guy was charging waaaaay too much and didn't want to face a realistic price.

Used to own an Aero Table and an Aero City. Nice "little" cab, I don't know if little accurately describes it though. The footprint of the cab makes it stick out from the wall further than any 29" monitor cab I've owned. The Table was nice and complete, but needed some TLC to get it into shape. Both went to a friend here on the forum.
They used to be quite common on local craigslist out here (probably something to do with all the Nickel arcades that had them closing down.) They are also deceptively heavy. I think "Sega's little tank" is an accurate description.

29" is too much...any tri-sync monitors/chassis for Aeros? Would love to play hi-res naomi & 360 STGs on an Aero.

The one I was looking at had an ms9 monitor in it. I'm sure you could swap a 2930 into it easily.

Thinking about picking up a aerocity project, seems to be missing a few things, how hard would it be to source things like control panel overlays, a bezel, etc... And what do you think it's worth as is assuming the monitor works?

Red aero city, upright. Bought it this way and no desire to go through the trouble of making it white again.
Had to sell my 1st aero city some time back, it is in very good hands though.
I do like the upright better though. I never get really used to sitdown.

That looks farking rad! I think when i get a candy i need to put it on a riser... Im too tall to sit on one of those midget stools.
