MSX is confirmed working on a standard 5v AES, I've been told it works on 9v AES but I'm awaiting confirmation that is correct. All other original games work I'm told.

This converter is not like the old mvs converter II which had issues, this is a upgraded version. I haven't tested it with all my mvs carts, but so far so good. If you need me to test any games out I will If I have them. Another cool thing about this this converter is that you have memory card support as well.

Fast Striker 1.0 wouldn't work with any converter, because it requires the backup RAM to function.
This is the reason why I bought the homecart version of Gunlord instead of mvs. It's decidedly a console game rather than an arcade title, and similar to Fast Striker 1.0, the number of credits is fixed even on mvs mode.

Yeah, as SNKorSWM can attest to, we had a few PM's back and forth about Gunlord when I first got it. Basically, no backup RAM, no Gunlord MVS. Presumably any future NG: DEV.TEAM games will have the same problem as Gunlord if they too look for backup RAM.
I went with an Omega to get around any issues.
This works out as under £200 in UK money..I want one so much but I'm going on holiday at the beginning of July and need to save my cash. I can only hope I can get one for this money in August! Razoola have you got a steady supply of these coming in?
Also: As this has built in UNIBIOS, am I able to change the language without having to modify my Home Cart System?

It sure does, and yes you can! My AES is also unmodded, and that's how it works. When you turn it on, you're given a boot screen, and from there you can choose your region/language, on top of whatever language options may or may not be available in the game itself from the option menu (All MVS games boot in AES mode using this converter, so you'll have an option menu to toy with, on top of everything else.)

Thats just made this a must-buy. As far as Im concerned, keeping my low serial JPN AES from having its BIOS gutted surely retains its value better. I've been looking for any opportunity to avoid having my machine opened and this could be it. However my AES games will still be in Japanese.

I do not have a steady flow of them but I do have a few left before they are all gone. I can put one aside for you until the end of the first week of august. After that I will let it go unless you contact me about the situation, Sound fair?

I just wanted to you guys know that I also have two of these converters that accept AES carts only. In effect its a way to get cheats in AES carts without the need of a bios install on an AES system.

I also recently bought a 100-in-1 I'm going to try with the key when it arrives, and I'll post my findings here!
I received my 100-in-1 multicart, and the Magic Key converter DOES work. BUT! There is a catch. The multicart simply won't boot to the menu unless you're holding down the passthru button on the converter itself. Hold it when you power on, and you'll get to the menu just fine. Step 2, you pick your game, and you're greeted with a black screen. You can still call up the cheat menu, but the game won't start. Hit reset on your AES with the passthru button held again, and your chosen game will launch, and it'll play perfectly in AES mode! Of course this does mean you won't be able to use the Unibios in the converter itself.
Tested on a JPN unmodified AES, serial 169470. Games tested at time of post;
