Was it confirmed to be a NGP interface for updating game code?
I have to admit, my searching skills are pretty weak too. Last I read was speculation on it's purpose. :confused:
I'll leave it for the more knowledgeable ones to sort out...

Hardware guys, anyone think it is possible to make a flash cart using nothing but these NGP boards? Seems like we could easily make a flashing cable to flash the data to the ROMs. Or would it be technically still a challenge due to jumper and board configurations? I really can't believe we don't have a flash cart for MVS/Home yet ;) Seems like SNK even gave us the prototype years ago.
