Most people have mentioned most of the good hu cards but you should pick yourself up a copy of Psycho Chaser its a classic, people moan of its difficulty when it really isnt at all and its cheap

Why hasn't Ai Cho Aniki, the Homoerotic Flight Simulator, been mentioned?! It's the main reason to get a PCE, after all.

Honestly though, ACA's gameplay and controls are so-so, but the fantastic soundtrack and bizarre visuals make it a memorable experience worth picking up.

the port of Raiden on super CD is pretty damned good; worth picking up for the redone OST on its own.
and psychosis/paranoia is pretty fun too, not THE BEST SHOOTAR EVAR, but it's a good game.

Totally forgot about this thread. I finally got that PCE a year later and can now start gettig some physical copies of games to play on it. So far I have Gunhed and Winds of Thunder (CD).

Unless it's significantly different than the FDS version, I'd pass on this one. Pretty dull.

Blazing Lazers remains one of my favorite games, killer music too.

I think Side Arms is cheap and pretty fun.
It's not the top tier, but it's still a good time.

My faves right now are; Air Zonk, Dragon Spirit, Blazing Lazers, and R-type. I haven't played too many yet, though.
