Actually, there is a couple of way to play 15khz games on it. One is to buy one of those VGA to CGA adapters. Not the best solution, but it will work. Other way is to put a MS9 chassis on that tube. Then you will get a great 15khz picture. However, since the Net City/Naomi Universal are JVS cabs, you still have a problem with controls and such. You can get a JVS to JAMMA adapter (from Namco or Konami) or get one made by FrancoB. I suggest the FrancoB converter.
Interesting, I did read that I could replace the chassis with a MS9 but it would require swapping the yoke at the same time. Here is a link on Arcade Otaku that I am referencing.

If I do end up keeping the cabinet I would definitely get a FrancoB JVS to JAMMA adapter.
