Great man, glad you like it... and anything you can scan in for me would me much appreciated.

My AES gam buying has slowed down alot recently and MVS has taken over. So not really getting many new ones through atm.

Most definitely. I'm a huge fighting game fan, so that's where my focus will be, and exclusively Japanese AES. I've already picked up a few titles and just waiting for them to arrive in the mail (KOF 94, 97, 99, 2000, Samurai Shodown 1 and 3). Once they do, I'll scan in the manuals.

Also, this may be of interest to only me, but is there a possibility in the Game Releases table also including the original SRP for each specific release?

Which leads me to my next question, I've seen a few scans of old Neo Geo AES ads from catalogs, but is there a record of this information anywhere?

I do recall SNK's website URL from the late 90's that I was always checking for new Neo Geo Pocket info, and was still able to get to it through archive.org:

Though, couldn't find any prices from there.

As soon as I get time I will add the Pocket to the site... just have not got round to it.

So please, send over and they will be ready to go. :D

I think the SRP of each game would be good to have on there and I have thought about it before, but wasn't a priority when I set it up.

The info is all available on the Castle of Collectibles site if you want it now...

http://castleofcollectibles.com/dungeon/dungeon.html

Not sure how complete it is though.

Awesome, thanks!

Also, my first package of stuff arrived, and I'll be doing these in the exact same fashion I did all of my Sega scans (linked in my signature):

Garou Densetsu Shukumei no Tatakai (JAP)

If you take the word "view" out of the URL, you'll get a file listing where you can download a zip file of everything.

Time to start being useful and contribute to the scene; I got heaps of arts and just recently got a printer that can scan - after faffing with all the settings this is pretty much the best I can get out of it (wasn't a terribly expensive printer/scanner). It's at 300DPI; you guys reckon the quality is good enough, if so I'll start working my way through the lot:

Looks good to me! MM's aren't the easiest to get clear scans of either.

Yeah it's the contrast that's bugging me - the blacks just need to be a little blacker.. don't want to correct too much otherwise it'll probably bugger up all the colours. I'll get a few sets done today and send 'em through to Rog.

If you have Photoshop, "Auto Contrast" works well for that & won't alter colors (other than darkness).

As I mentioned previously, I'd keep scanning in manuals that I received. I've gotten caught up on everything so far that I have, but with 3 more games in the mail (the Real Bout series), I'm already behind again :)

I've posted everything here (the same personal site I built to host my Sega scans):

Also, just a quick note, I scanned in the manual for Samurai Spirits Zero in reverse, since that's how it's read.

I'm glad to have stumbled upon this post. I'm looking for images to make custom MVS inserts, so I'll check out your site. At the same time I'll send you some 600dpi (IT8 calibrated) scans that I have, they look fantastic and the colour/detail is top bar!
