Well i just got a brand new second neo controller so now i can play some two player action i got about 20 games to chose from such as ssv and kof 2003 or some older titles like kof 94 sam 1 and 2 plus some fatal fury and last blade

i am in slough, not too far from london so if anyone fancies a game, let me know, can be one on one or in a group it dont matter to me

EDIT: just for the record my last sentance was not any sexuall reference :)

Shame you're in Slough. I'm up here in Leeds and welcome worthy challengers but all get is a couple of locals you go to a dingy arcade I frequent near Leeds train station. It's kinda cool because they have KOF97, 2K1 & 2K3 plus Guilty Gear XX for vs. play but like in your situation the competition's slim to say the least. Shame you don't live any nearer but that's how it goes.

hi Jericho, I no longer own a neo geo but I do still play..I got PS3 now with KOF XIII and SSF4, so always up for a game
only just see this reply a year late :)

I'm in Gravesend so not far but I'm not exactly pro or anything and I only play Neo can't be doing with ports :lolz:

king of fighters XIII is an excellent PORT on the PS3.....only reason i brought a next gen console for this game as always been Neo Geo and this game beats all other KOF's

High Wycombe here (about 20 minutes away!). Total Neo Noob. Got my Neo Geo in December and have Samurai Shodown and Fatal Fury Special, would enjoy the chance to play two player because I've still only got one joystick!

I am in N1. I don't have anything but a wii and 360 though. Sold my stuff a long time ago. Still down for a meet up if anyone is keen though. Went to the one in Manchester @ rots a while back which was fun.

I'd understand playing over Xbox Live or busting a pair of NGPCs out in the pub...

Back in the day u would have to go to the arcade's and make rivals/friends to be known and to get each others numbers and maybe after knowing people for a while and gain trusts people would end up travelling to play in groups around other people's houses.

Today's concept is a little different as most don't go arcade any more some might never been for that matter.

But also it's understandable why u kinda don't see the concept like u said your new, most here have been friends here average upto 6-7 to 10 years + most chat on a reg daily basis some even have to do trades and business with others on here also so a lot of trust is involved among the community.

I see this thread is still going :)

Really meetups to play games is no different than buying something on gumtree and going inside the persons house, if they are gonna kill you then thats too bad :P
