Lol, Kenny. At least he's pretty much priced himself out of the CMVS market. Got a chuckle out of seeing that "bathroom scale" edition MV1C going for more than the analogue interactive CMVS. 230 more than the omega system. Must be using rare platinum solder.

jesus H... at least if you're going to make fun of one of his kits, pick one that's at least serial mismatching or more overpriced. This one is probably one of his better "deals."

I'll just say this, although I don't agree with most of his list prices, Kenny is more than willing to haggle. Hell, most of his shit has the "make offer" option. Yeah, it's easy to make fun of him and he had a shaky start with his introduction to the scene (do some lurking on the search the last several years) but most of that had to do with phantom user accounts he may/may have not used here, shaky build quality early on, the fact that he chooses to sell on eBay exlusively now sprinkled with continual high list prices that annoy us collectors. Fact of the matter is, he's gotten a lot better as a builder and he's willing to haggle on anything and everything. Like much of the examples in this thread for overpriced items, no one is making you bid on them but it's sure easy to poke fun (me included).

At the end of the day, and in my personal experience, he's decent guy to work with... although I haven't done it often. And that's all I got on that, or will ever have to say on any KPJ matter. :)

PS - I'm sure if TonK was around we'd have this blow up again.

He is not willing to haggle. I have sent him some offers on ebay and he counteroffers the same price everytime which is usually $5 to $10 bucks off the already ridiculous starting price.

His version of haggling is exactly as you state and that has been my experience as well. I'm usually pretty good at figuring out what a fair price is for the game in question, but his stuff is just at super premium pricing for many of the games he sells. Some of his stuff looks super nice but I can't justify paying $369 for a shock troopers Kit that has writing on the box.

While I'm grateful for your interest with my items, do you really think I would accept an offer that is half (or less than half) of what I'm asking? If that was the case, wouldn't I simply list the merchandise for your offer price to begin with? Maybe when you receive a counteroffer that's 10% off of the list price, you'd realize that I cannot/will not sell the item at 'your' expected figure.

As much as I enjoy watching you guys complain about my pricing (it's been gone over countless times for 10+ years; but by all means, please continue), it's astonishing to see the lack of intelligence some people bear.

I never offered "half" or "less than half" of your selling prices. I would offer maybe $20-30 off an Aes game that was already 50% above the market price. So my offer would bring it down to around market price or a little over even.

Of course that is unacceptable to you and I completely understand why you "cannot/will not" sell for market price

Alot of people in this "scene" have more money than brains and kenny knows this, hence the prices.
