Can the SemenHawks win away from home?

Yes, though they haven't won a post season away game since '83. Lol SemenHawks, perhaps they should change their name to the Seattle YellowSkins, and then our respective teams would at least be evenly matched in pseudo racism. Russell Wilson>RG3:D

Not to take away from Russell Wilson, but RG3 is on a whole different level. Russell is like Hasselback - a solid qb that can help a team that has everything it needs to move forward (Seattle is better known for its defense right now). RG3, on the other hand, makes the players better on both sides of the ball.

While most experts are picking Seattle, I feel as if we have a much closer game. The three teams that Seattle did beat on the road didn't make it to the playoffs.

Each team played 4 teams that made the playoffs this year. Seattle played Green Bay, New England, Minnesota and San Fran (2x). Even if we take away the Green Bay win, Seattle did get wins over New England, Minnesota, and 1/2 with San Fran. The Redskins played Cincinnati (L), Atlanta (L), Minnesota (W) and Baltimore (W). How do we break down that information? Seattle's Green Bay win was obviously questionable. The New England Win put New England at 3 and 3 - obviously not when people thought they looked like the typical New England, especially after they got exposed by Arizona. All of Seatle's playoff team match ups in the regular season were played in Seattle, except the first leg of the San Fran matchup, which they lost. Interestingly enough, the Redskins also hosted all of their playoff team matchups at home, and split, losing the first two during their free fall.

I always laugh at the claims of racism against the Redskins, considering that the Skins are the first and only team in the history of the NFL to win a superbowl with a black quarterback.

I think Wilson is going to be much more than that, and I love Hasselback. RG3 is everything everybody expected him to be, Wilson was I believe 70th overall pick, and He's turned out to be excellent in my opinion. Last I looked he was rated 7th in the NFL, with a rating hovering around 93. I think in the next couple years he will have established himself as one of the top tier quarterbacks in the league.

The RedSkins name is just another among a long tradition of hilarious borderline racist team names.

As a Redskins fan, I know this is going to happen.. but if RGIII manages to stomp you guys I'm gonna come back and rub it in.

I think the Skins can win this, they are playing very good football right now. At the same time they could very easily lose this game. Let's not forget the way they played prior to the bye week. Although they probably could of won a few of those if they didn't beat themselves at the end of the game with stupid ass penalties.

I won't use the injury excuse as all teams have them at this point. As a fan I'm happy with how the season has turned out so far, I sure as hell didn't expect them to be here 2 months ago. At the end of the day things are looking up for the Skins and I'm happy as shit right now after watching them stink it up for so long.

With all that said I hope they beat the shit out of the Seahawks, especially after the last two times these teams have met in the playoffs.

I don't mind if Russell turns out to be better than Hasselback, but to be honest, this weekend will be the first time I actually see him play. I just got my ticket for the game.

I think the key is avoiding turnovers. Seattle's strength is in its defense, not offense. The Redskins are a top offensive team, so they need to produce that way without turnovers. So far, RGIII has been excellent in the passing game, with only 5 ints on the year. I think we can win this too.

I honestly haven't watched him play much either, haven't had cable for the past year, what I did see pleased me. Dude can scramble. I always hate to predict the outcome of games, especially when the Seahawks are involved, favored or not it could easily go either way. Most of my shit talking stems from the majority of my family who live in that area and are huge Skins fans.

Agreed, Skins have been very good about turnovers this year, especially in the interception department. Hell they probably would of swept the division if they didn't turn the ball over 4 times in the first midgets game.

Have fun at the game, wish I could go, but the wife would kill me. I went to the Ratbirds game, first time they've won when I've been, and had a blast.

vikings suck

and for the third time the vikings versus the Packers

Packers 34
Vikings 13

Other predictions:
Baltimore 28
Indianapolis 22

Houston 35
Cincinnati 10

Washington 17
Seattle 13

Next weekend we're treated to-
Packers at San Fran
Washington at Atlanta
and
Batlimore at New England
Houston at Denver

Not clear on NFC championship, but it would take a miracle for anything other than New England and Denver in the AFC championships.

This season I managed to go to see the skins play ATL, CAR, NYG, PHI, BAL. Not bad...

Very nice. My buddy is a season ticket holder, pretty much the reason why I went to the BAL game. If he can, he's going to try and get a couple extra tickets for next season for me and just add them to his account. I won't make all the games, so if your interested let me know, haha.

A bunch of us usually go to the philly game, but this year I said the hell with it, didn't feel like spending close to $300 with everything going to the game entails. I should be able to make a few games next year though, even if my buddy can't get me tickets, he's got some kickass seats in the endzone LL row 20.

Redskins are done. :(

That play when RGIII couldn't even catch the ball and it counted as a fumble was added salt to the wound.

It was simple a fumble. Montgomery made shitty snap. The fact RGIII could fall on it made me wonder why he was even in the game.

Tough loss to see. Still feel like Russell Wilson is a nobody though. He has a great defense.

http://www.theonion.com/articles/joe-flacco-already-preparing-apology-to-ray-lewis,30861/

BALTIMORE—In preparation for the highly anticipated AFC playoff game with the Denver Broncos, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco announced Thursday that he is already working on an apology that will express heartfelt regret for the ignoble ending to retiring linebacker Ray Lewis’s career. “I’ve been plugging away on a couple of drafts this week, but I definitely want to focus on what a great teammate Ray has been and how bad I feel that he’s going out like this,” said Flacco, adding that Lewis “deserves better” than to force and recover a critical fourth-quarter Denver fumble only to watch helplessly from the sidelines as Flacco throws a pick-six interception on the following play, bringing the future Hall of Famer’s 17-year NFL career to a discouraging close. “Once I’ve got it all worked out, I’m thinking I’ll apologize before kickoff, because he definitely won’t want to hear from me after all those muffed snaps.” According to team sources, Flacco’s apology to Lewis is just one of many being contemplated by the quarterback, who is reportedly working on separate offerings of remorse to teammates, coaches, and Ravens ownership for Saturday’s loss, as well as to the city of Baltimore for the six-year contract extension he will receive this offseason.

Kaepernick was a goddamn one man army. 263 yards, 2TD passing. 181 yards, 2TD rushing.

Seahawks are a better team than their reflects, but think it ends for them today. Falcons are simply too good inside our Dome.
