Here's my old CMVS on ebay that went missing then found 2 weeks later magically reappeared. Luckily I did get all my money after 2 months of constant emails and phone calls to his mom.

All his feedback is from one person his brother Crazy Eddie from here.

Twice now he has PMed me about items, gone on (and on and on) about the condition of the item, I have then taken and sent detailed pictures, and then I don't get any further reply, even when I ask for one (so I can stop holding the items). And he logs in pretty much every day.
He apologised for the first time he did it (on some AES carts) and then did it again for some MVS kits.
If I'm taking photos, going into the condition of the items, the least you can do is reply and politely decline.

I will try to contribute something in this thread, a bad experience happened to me in ebay with a member who uses as nickname 'vintagecollectablesusa' (actually 9 points feedback). I bought from him a dolphin blue cart for atomiswave. I paid to him on May 25 the item value plus EMS shipping; and there began the problems. Almost he was not answering any of my messages until finally he said to me that he had shipped the item on June 6th. That's why I asked him the trackingnumber and since then he never answered. I had to do the claim in ebay and after the corresponding waiting period. then yesterday on June 30th they did to me a refund.
ebay user vintagecollectablesusa
paypal sadeyessmile@hotmail.com
seller's name leslie boccio
another user of ebay also left negative feedback saying that the seller wanted to sell to him a bootleg chinese cartridge.
Beware
Let sleeping DOGS lie. I'll get to the bottom of this anyway.
