We'll the dudes brother put $200 in my paypal today which I really had my doubts but he came through...almost. He said he's waiting for some check he has to clear and then he will send me my other $50. So this is really good news as I thought for sure nothing was gonna come out of this.

Here's my old CMVS on ebay that went missing then found 2 weeks later magically reappeared. Luckily I did get all my money after 2 months of constant emails and phone calls to his mom.

He hasn't scammed anyone (that I know of), but is a definite bullshitter and time waster. He's feedback and 19 real posts say it all. A lot of people have said they had good deals with him, but it's been a real pain in the ass dealing with him in regards to this thread:

I had the opposite experience, sold him a PS2 Debugging Station, he asked for pictures, I snapped 3-4, shipped out next day, no issues. Bummer to see there's been issues with 'im

I sorta feel like there should be a separate "timewasters" thread. That's certainly not an offense on the same level of being an alleged scammer or thief. The malicious intent of thieves is indisputable; but while it's a definite pain in the ass (and certainly a sign of weak organization skills at best, weak character at worst) to be given the run-around, I highly doubt that anyone is purposely tying up sellers to cause them or their prospective buyers grief.
Dealing with a space cadet with the attention span of a goldfish is an annoyance, not a criminal victimization. Especially since no transaction has actually taken place. I agree that they should be listed somewhere, but this current thread is kind of like having murderers and jaywalkers in the same cell.
At the end of the day, here's a very simple solution to protect against timewasters: don't hold items for anyone you haven't dealt with before, period. Hasn't failed me yet.

JRedmond3 is a bullshit timewaster...sent me an offer on my Zelda boxed set which I accepted. I sent him my PayPal ID but he hasn't paid in two weeks. The little fucker logged in within 24hrs of me sending the ID so it's not a case of "i didn't get teh emailz lool".

I will try to contribute something in this thread, a bad experience happened to me in ebay with a member who uses as nickname 'vintagecollectablesusa' (actually 9 points feedback). I bought from him a dolphin blue cart for atomiswave. I paid to him on May 25 the item value plus EMS shipping; and there began the problems. Almost he was not answering any of my messages until finally he said to me that he had shipped the item on June 6th. That's why I asked him the trackingnumber and since then he never answered. I had to do the claim in ebay and after the corresponding waiting period. then yesterday on June 30th they did to me a refund.
