From France to UK there's no more customs so low value is not needed anyway

Yeah I know that, but I intent to mail-forward it to my current home address at better rates, it's cheaper that direct shipment to US.

He doesn't outright scam anyone, as in not delivering goods, but when it comes to rarer home carts, I'd trust Laurent as far as I could throw him.

I hope you're right, I bought Last Blade 1 + 2 with almost €60 shipped, it's a good price but I hope he deliver the carts soon enough.

I purchased a few AES carts from them a while back that were graded on there site as being 9 out of 10 and in mint condition. However, when the carts turned up they weren't anywhere close to how they were described and were nowhere near the condition described. Needless to say it was the first and last time I dealt with them.

However, granted this was over a year ago and things might have changed since then and you will have better luck.

It's like they try to get away with stupid stuff every chance they get. They tried to sell me a sun faded AoF3 as "mint" years ago, and on a more serious note, tried to pass along a Metal Slug conversion as the real deal to another member over here. Just out of interest I bought a CIB SFC Super R-Type cart from them a while ago, and guess what? I got a loose cart, and finally got the box & manual after bombarding them with emails. Really fucking sad.

Don't forget that Neoayato is the ones who made a limited edition of Ironclad for the AES, a limited edition boot.

Bummer, Neoayato had a couple games I was looking to get at some point. :(
I appreciate the heads-up though!

This asshole still haven't sent my package yet, how long he usually takes to ship the items?

Thank god this was on two cheap carts, I would hate to deal with him on more expensive carts!

DO NOT TRUST NEOAYATO.COM, WORST SELLER EVER!

That's the only European seller who has managed to send my carts over the Atlantic and through the customs within a week.

Good news there, but seems doubtful the seller would have much control (either way) over customs speed.
I am curious though; Did you get new or used carts and were the conditions as described?

Neoayato is an honest Neo seller. The main problem is the language barrier. If you feel he misrepresented an item, then bring it to his attention.
Just use very very basic English, and make your point clear. He has done right by many members here for very large transactions.

LOL, even with his limited edition bootleg Ironclad? He made people think it was a legit limited print run and charged a lot of money for them.

By now everyone knows that the game is not official, but it still sells for well over 70.000 yen in Japan (which is way more than the original asking price).
The point is that his version is the only high quality one a collector will find around.
Even large chainstore have his version on the "used games purchase list" and pay for it way more than what they do for expensive original games. Just look online for "超鉄ブリキンガー 海外版 シリアル№つき" (for the non-jap speakers: name of the game overseas with serial number)

Better this Ironclad than Totc anyway :D

Both. One was a used Money Puzzle Exchanger loose cart, the other was a complete Aggressors of Dark Kombat kit.

And the seller can make going through the customs part easier by making a thorough declaration in the customs form. Unless your purchase is into the thousands of dollars, you won't need to worry about import tax in the US.

I imagine they are ignoring your emails because you are failing to communicate properly...
I would also ignore your emails if they were worded like this post. He does not natively speak English, so keep that in mind.

There are also cases like this, where Neoayato when above and beyond for some of the most experienced collectors.
