Bad as he is, positive X'eye experiences are rare in this age. As if that console is cursed. One system I'd never recommend. I too briefly owned one with problems.

And on the flipside, I've owned a few of them with absolutely no problems. Including a modded Wondermega from Jose.

P.S. - I hate to sound harsh, but I think Jose scams the dumb (sorry boog). I never had any problems with him because I didn't give him an opportunity to rip me off. When in doubt (like the 2nd time he came back), I asked him to ship first!

Not everyone can have someone ship first. He fixed a modded xbox for me that stopped working a while back. That was a bit prior to all of this stuff. It still took making a thread here to get it back though.

I guess I have a very strong bullshit detector. If I smell even the most miniscule hint of bullshit, I ask the other party to ship first. It hasn't failed me.

Sorry if I offended any of you guys that got ripped off, I was mostly directing my earlier post at boog because he is easy to take advantage of, and obviously way too patient.

EDIT: Even on my first deal with Jose many years ago, I was constantly asking him for updates on my modded Xbox (this was right before he disappeared the first time, too), so I think that he knew deep down that he couldn't fuck me over because I expected the finished product within the timeframe that he originally quoted me. If someone like Jose knows there's hell to pay, they won't fuck you over. If you give them the benefit of the doubt and let them slide for months, a person like him won't feel obligated to follow through.

Sorry everyone I haven't been feeling well and I haven't posted in awhile.

Anyways I have some bad news, I gave all the info to my mom that was sent to her ipod and she is refusing on helping me file a police report and saying there is nothing that the police can do because they don't do petty theft issues. :annoyed:

So I guess that I will have to forget about the package or refund. I can't believe that Jose ran off with my items and money.

Good news my mom went online to find copies of the two checks with dates from our bank and now I just need to add the item names.

$75 was for King Colossus (GEN) and Magical Pop'n (SNES).

$150 was for a Sega Neptune console.

Anything else that I need and can papers be sent to me to file a theft report.
