I've always wanted to see an obit department planning out the big obits of people they figure may be on the way out in the near future. Of course, the guy who wrote Bob Hope's obit actually died before Hope did by a few years.

It seems kinda surreal to me that in the course of a year, the likes of Kim Jong Il, Muammar Gaddafi, and Osama Bin Laden have all croaked.
I've seen that Asian markets are down because of this and I hope Kim Jong Butterball doesn't try to "honor" his father by doing something provocative towards the South. Most of my family on my mom's side live in/around Seoul and I can't help but worry for them.

When he was announced as heir, that was the assumption. He's apparently a brat who rushes to judgement and makes rash decisions in normal everyday life scenarios, so a lot of people are worried this guy's going to be volatile. His father talked a lot of shit, but the kid might be crazy enough to pull some of it off.
