Excluding my home country, just Japan. I'll hopefully be back there soon to study in Nagoya.

Only England, and Canada, but as I get older and get more confidence in traveling and more money, I plan on at least going to Japan.

Just my opinion, and I don't care what anybody says, traveling is fucking stressful! Is it worth it? It's up to you....

I predict in this thread they'll be lots of yuppies who drink wine and have money who like to travel who will brag about it. The people who have barely traveled, won't chime in.

That's too bad man. What was your fave place to be?

That´s a pretty tough question for me, i never really thought about that.
If you just refer to Austria, it´s even harder to tell since i basically saw the airport in Vienna, my hotel in St.Pölten and lots of highways and shopping malls throughout the country...

Apart from that i was pretty impressed by New York City, which was my only visit to the US a good 10 years ago... It´s a big difference if you see the skyscrapers on TV or in the movies or if you actually walk through the streets of Manhattan.

I also really liked the "warmer territories" like Spain, Greece, Turkey. Would really like to spend a vacation in one of these countries...

I actually forgot to mention the Netherlands in my list, have been there several times. So my apologies to the dutch members, your country is definitely worth mentioning. :D

Nowhere outside of Europe, unfortunately. And I'm sorta cheating when I list Greece and Spain, because I've only been to one of their resort islands for each of those two.

I wish I could travel more.

Just been to the Philippines and USA. I'd like to go to Japan or Egypt first.

Yeah, but, they really don't.

I know, but honestly it depends on the airport.

Zurich airport in December gives you a pretty damn good idea about a dominant culture in Switzerland.

Caviar bar, insanely high-tech and precise EVERYTHING, a-frame chalets out on the hillsides with 2ft snow on the roof.

Flying in and out over the Alps.

Does it compare to a tour of Switzerland? Obviously not.

But was it hilariously swiss? Yes.

Shoot, SwissAir, the airline itself gives you an idea of what Swiss culture is like.

The Netherlands is my fave country.

Have you been to those tiny countries, like Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg?

Anyways I'm with 'Duf. Airports don't count. I won't list mine.

I've been to:

England
Scotland
Wales
Israel
Egypt
Turkey
Jordan
And the good ol' U S of A.

I did spend a really long time in some of those places though. How long was I in the Middle East last year? I think it was about 3 and a half months. I'm planning a trip to Portugal and Spain relatively soon too.

I wish travel wasn't such a giant pain in the ass. When ever I watch old timey british murder mysteries it always makes me wish I could just take lavish trains and boats all over the world. I hate airports.

Yeah, but, they really don't.

The way I see it, you are in that country.

If i'm in the Kuwait airport, and I whip out a BLT and start eating it, i'll be arrested according to that country's laws.

If you are subject to the laws, you are there.

I'm going to do an international world tour where I fly to every country in the world and land at their airports.

Then I can say I have been to every country in the world.
