I hear ya, I felt, and still feel, the same way. I remember I was visiting my folks when I heard the news and my dad said, "Who cares, he was weirdo" and I got pretty cross with him. I've been following the trial on the news the last 2 weeks and I really want to see the truth of it; MJ seemed in great (at least visibly) health which was part of the shock upon hearing of his death in the first place.

He was a great performer, he really knew how to work the crowds, he was part of some really good tunes and he was a great dancer. Everything else I don't really cafe for. He died just recently but in some way I feel his career died right after Dangerous. The album was meh, he was becoming something stale, music was changing and folks just wanted to move on.

I only saw him during all the court drama a couple of times and he was acting way too fucking weird, with the while rag on his face and the fist on the air all the time, really WTF? Then you have him waving at people with his kid hanging off him over the fence and that was disturbing to me, I'm sure he didn't mean any harm doing it but Jesus fucking Christ! A little bit of common sense wouldn't hurt. Fuck! Had he had any common sense when all this bs started he wouldn't be dead nor white.

I hate to say it, but I was mourning Michael long before he died, since his talent was gone long before his life was. I was surprised when he kicked the bucket, though.

I'm not super familiar with his accusers, but like someone said, he was an eccentric guy and he didn't do himself any favors by just paying people to go away rather than confront them in court. Not that I've turned over every stone, but I've yet to see anything that makes me say "Wow, yep, def. a pedo." I think it's still reasonable at this point to say he never had a childhood, never experienced what the rest of us did as teenagers, and was still, sexually speaking, a child. I always saw him while he was alive as asexual and a victim. And I'm not saying that being a victim and a victimizer are mutually exclusive. All this could change pending the docu series. Then again, it could be pretty ambiguous like Serial, which used hard facts as a good case of Sayed as being innocent, but it still seems to me like he's never told the whole truth. I think I'm going to be taking a big grain of salt with the series, since this wasn't a "WTF happened here?" docu; it's a targeted takedown.

The documentary is out. Two parts on HBO and an after show on Oprah.

If those two are lying, they are the greatest actors ever.

One of them has a fucking wedding ring (for a child sized hand) that Jackson bought him. Engraved and everything. Jackson sent a 7 year old multiple faxes per day with hand written love notes (shown in the documentary). He had alarms outside of his room to alert him when someone was coming near the room where he admitted to sleeping alone with other people's kids in his bed.

And that doesn't even have anything to do with the other accusers, of which at least five are publicly known.

There should have been no doubt ten years ago, when this thread was made. Now it's even more obvious.

The FBI did not do a ten year investigation. They provided administrative assistance to other law enforcement agencies in their own separate investigations.

Things that were found in Michael Jackson's house during either the 1993 raid or 2004 raid:
-a collection of soiled diapers
-a photo of a fully nude Jonathan Spence, who refused to testify in the 2005 trial. Jackson was not charged because photos of nude children not engaged in sexual acts are, for some reason, considered legal
-several "art books" containing fully frontal nude photos of young boys
-several photos of Kendall Cunningham and his brother from the waist up, shirtless, in provocative positions

Not to mention:
-he admitted publicly that these children slept in his bed
-he brought these children on tour with him and shared a hotel room without their parents


Even if you believe the two accusers from the documentary are lying there's still:
-Jordan Chandler, whose family Jackson paid 23 million dollars to shut up
-Jason Francia, whose mother worked for Jackson as the only maid allowed to clean his room
-Terry George, who claimed Jackson made sexual phone calls to him BEFORE any other accusations came out
-Gavin Arvizo
-Star Arvizo

You know a simple way to solve this, is to do a lie detector test. Have all these so called victims take one.

All the evidence that proves he is a pedo is just his word against a dead man. He was already found not guilty, as there was no evidence to prove he did those acts.

These two sure have such an amazing memory of what happen, especially at the age of 7.

Remember Wade Robson was the star witness for MJ defense. Why would someone he molested be the star witness. Just wouldn't make sense at all to do that. He continue throughout to voice MJ innocent. It was only until he wasn't able to do some tribute for MJ memorial is when the fallout happen.

Only two got cash settlements: Jordan Chandler and Jason Francia.

Robson and Safechuck's lawsuits against Jackson were dismissed because the statute of limitations on the abuse had expired. They were not even paid for their stories in this recent documentary.

And you're acting like these kids had good parents. Of course they didn't. That's why Jackson targeted these kids.

-Another accuser spoke to the filmmaker for the documentary but declined to be interviewed on camera
-A friend of Sean Lennon alleges that Jackson showed both him and Lennon pornography
-Jonathan Spence defended Jackson but nude photos of him were found in Jackson's bathroom
-photos of two more boys nude from the waist up (only their torsos and above were in frame) were found
-staff at the ranch independently corroborated many of these stories and also alleged they saw Jackson abuse other boys including Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes (both deny it, just as Robson once did)

And again, Jackson admitted that:
-all of these boys slept in his bed
-he gave them alcohol

And again, they found multiple books full of children's genitals in his bed room. That's a fact.
