Mini Marquees

There were a number of marquees that were not released the same as all of the rest...

ArcadeShock
King of Fighters 2003
Metal Slug 4
Metal Slug 5
Samurai Shodown 5
SNK vs. Capcom Chaos

Official Paper
King of Fighters 2002
Pochi and Nyaa
Rage of the Dragons

I thought all of these were only available as English, but I have just got a Rage of the Dragons (Spanish). So does anyone know which ones of the above had either a Japanese or Spanish version released...?

Also, with the Unofficial, Proto and Conversion carts...

Bang2 Busters
Digger Man
Fast Striker
Ghostlop
Ironclad
Jockey Grandprix
Last Hope: Pink Bullets
Super Bubble Pop
V-Liner
Zintrick

Which ones have had a mini created for them and where are they available to buy?

Thanks to anyone that can give any answers.

Fast Striker had an official mini marquee included with the MVS kit version.

Yeah, the kit comes with one. But with that and the other unofficial games, is there anyone making repro minis for them.

So does anyone know what differing language versions of the ArcadeShock / Official Paper marquees were actually made...?

Does anyone know the answer to this...

I have just acquired nearly 30 Japanese mini marquees which all look original.
The marquees were...

Art of Fighting
Art of Fighting 2
Art of Fighting 3
Fatal Fury
Fatal Fury 2
Fatal Fury Special
Fatal Fury 3
Galaxy Fight
KoF 95
KoF 96
KoF 97
KoF 2000
KoF 2001
Last Blade
Last Blade 2
Kizuna Super Tag Battle
Real Bout
Real Bout Special
Real Bout 2
Samurai Spirits
Samurai Spirits II
Samurai Spirits III
Samurai Spirits IV
Savage Reign
Waku Waku 7
World Heroes
World Heroes 2
World Heroes 2 Jet
World Heroes Perfect

The first curiosity was that there was a King of Fighters 2001 in there. I thought that there was no official marquee made for it.

The second is that they are all fighters.

The third and the strangest is that all of them have the following written on the bottom...

©SNK PLAYMORE [NOT FOR SALE]

Anyone got any ideas on what these are...

Here is a picture of KoF 2001...

Cool Craig makes really nice onces. He made me this IronClad one. The others are not from him. RBFFS is original and the other two are homemade paper ones.

Interesting, so they are on the right kind of plastic stock as other minis?

The KOF01 looks good but I've never seen anything like it before.

As for why they all say Not for Sale, I don't know, I don't have much knowledge about Japanese minis so I can't say I've ever noticed that they don't say this...

Good find though.

Do the other minis for games with known minis match or are they slightly different in any other ways?

Apart form the ©SNK PLAYMORE [NOT FOR SALE] which is on all of them. The graphics are identical to official ones but of the ones I already had they have the following differences...

Art of Fighting 2....................©SNK 1994 missing / ® instead of ™
Art of Fighting 3....................©SNK 1996 and Printed in Japan missing / ® instead of ™
Fatal Fury.............................Identical
Fatal Fury 2..........................©1992 SNK CORP and MADE IN JAPAN missing
Fatal Fury Special..................©SNK 1993 missing
Fatal Fury 3..........................©SNK 1995 missing
KoF 95..................................©SNK 1995 and Printed in Japan missing / ® instead of ™
Real Bout..............................©SNK 1995 and Printed in Japan missing
Samurai Spirits......................©1993 SNK CORP / MADE IN JAPAN' missing
Samurai Spirits II..................©SNK 1994 missing
Samurai Spirits III.................©SNK 1995 and Printed in Japan missing
Samurai Spirits IV..................©SNK 1996 Printed in JAPAN missing
World Heroes 2 Jet.................©SNK/ADK 1994 MADE IN JAPAN missing

It is just the fact that they all have ©SNK PLAYMORE [NOT FOR SALE] on them. Only KoF 2001 actually was released after Playmore took over. They could be unoffical prints, but they look so good. The only other thing I can think of is that Playmore reprinted marquees. Then the question arises... how many games did they do?

I am not 100% sure, but i think that these are official reprints that came as a preorder bonus for the two boxes of the Neo Geo Online Collection by SNKP for the PS2 in Japan.

I just checked mine and they all have "©SNK PLAYMORE [NOT FOR SALE]" printed on them.

Hoop, nice one mate. There had to be a logical answer somewhere.

So of the list I posted, was there any missing... Of the games that came out, I don't have a marquee for Garou: MOTW, KoF 98, Kof 99, Samurai Spirits V and Samurai Spirits VI

Did any of those actually have one...?
