I read that he went on medical leave in January but as far as having one foot in the grave, I haven't heard nada.

On the plus side, it's good to see your presence grace the Neo once again TonK :)

he is aged and has had a serious illness.

While he can bring a company back from the grave...
it'll be a sad day on many levels. I'm not saying he's gonna die in 6 weeks, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I saw a headline on a tabloid that said Jobs had 6 weeks to live, but the only thing I could find in legitimate news was that he is suppsed to be in a meeting with other tech leaders and President Obama.

I'm calling BS on this.

A tabloid ran a story that he was spotted at a cancer treatment center.

News flash, people that have had cancer get screened and checked out alot.

Of course he could have a reoccurrence, but snapping a pic of someone that looks like Jobs and spinning it into this sucks. Also, the car in the photo was kinda shitty.

I have to admit that I came into this thread to see what was going-on with Tonk and not because of Steve Jobs.

Steve Jobs is a scumbag and I wouldn't much mind if it was true.

The best the man is good for is being an egomaniacle, arrogant dickwad who has made a career off the genius of others all while fostering a nation of lemmings who will spend far too much every 10 months on needless, exorbidentaly priced replacements. He's one of the top poster children of planned obsolecence for our generation.

In regards to his cancer state, I have gone through it myself and I can honestly say that from what I have heard and seen in regards to his history and current appearence I don't think the man has much time left. He seems to me the type with a body chemistry that is predisposed to cacerous mutations and growth. I would say that before long it will take him under at a very brisk pace.
