Just like 20 plus years ago Tron gets snubbed for the best Visual Effects nod. What's with all this Alice In Wonderland bullshit? It sucks they only got nominated for Sound Editing, I would have liked to have seen Daft Punk up for an award with their music.
Tron was far from visually impressive, it was just the color blue for 2 hours.
That mey be, but the music set the mood pretty damn well.

why does the Toy Story 3 become the nominee for Best Picture ?
don't the animation movie only can win the best animated picture ?

Toy Story 3 shouldn't be considered for best picture simply because it was lame. And the whole series is pretty meh IMO. They should have just stopped after the first one. It's kinda the same story told three times but a little different each time. I hope How to Train Your Dragon wins the best animated film....Even though it will probably go to Toy Story 3.

, I think It's not fair that the sequel movie wins the title, not creative and nothing new special anymore

Worked for Silence of the Lambs.
Apparently they needed at least one more major animated movie to come out in order to expand the number of nominees, so it fell a little short. I haven't gotten to see Tangled yet (and I'm rather excited about it), but I thought Legend of the Guardians was poorly executed. Is there any reason why Legend of the Guardians and Tangled weren't included in best animated feature film?
What a slap in the face to Dreamworks and Disney.
There were enough movies last year to get five nominees, by the way. Up was certainly a nice movie, but I liked The Princess and the Frog and Fantastic Mr. Fox better. (The other two were The Secret of Kells and Coraline.)
Coraline is also a wonderful piece of animation, but I felt that it had some minor pacing issues. I just saw Secret of Kells and I think it's brilliant and beautiful. It really was an extremely strong line-up, but I'd have most liked to see Fantastic Mr. Fox win since it came totally out of left field. That was a really tough line up --I didn't see the Princess and the Frog but all the others were very strong.
Regardless of TS3's inevitably win, I was to see The Illusionist because I was such a huge fan of The Triplets of Belleville (which should've beat Finding Nemo). With that said, TS3 was exceptional.
Personal favorites: I hope Colin Firth takes Best Actor, Annette Bening takes Best Actress (yes, over Portman), and Helena Bonham Carter takes Best Supporting Actress. Christian Bale is this year's safest bet and is absolutely going to win for The Fighter, and I couldn't agree more.
sucks they didn't get nominated for the Mood Award for their outstanding use of blue. That mey be, but the music set the mood pretty damn well.

IMO:
Best Movie - The King's Speech (didn't see The Kids are Alright or Toy Story 3)
Best Actor - Colin Firth
Best Actress - Natalie Portman
Best Supporting Actor - Christian Bale
Best Supporting Actress - Hailee Steinfeld (she shouldn't be in supporting role, but it's the only way she'll come out with an award).
Best Director - David Fincher
