Aside from protestant and catholic, the majority of the believers of all other religions are Asians. Does that have something to do with the scoring results?

I love this thread. And none of this is surprising.
Bottom line the atheist (usually) will question things about different religions and research them to try to find answers.
Many (not all) followers of a religion will dogmatically adhere to religious beliefs and practices often simply because of that's what a family member/close friend/etc believed or practiced.
Believe what you want to,but at least do some research on what you are putting your belief in so you are not just blinding following some religion just because someone said that you had to.

It's atheist not Atheist, unless you're trying to make some kind of subtle point, but I don't think you are.
People aren't Atheists. They are atheist, as is in non theists.
I'm an aastrologist myself.
That's not fair - It's the Internet, not the internet.
It's Ironic that JW's (the group who studies directly from the Bible) never gets interviewed.
JW's scare me. My dad was a catholic growing up, then he met the wrong girl. He married her later after he divorced my mother, and she was a JW. That dude literally disappeared. I don't get that religious belief. Only 144,000 of these people are going into heaven according to JW's. If you were gonna BS around a religion, why not one with a better insurance policy?
As far as cults that separate people, I can't think of anything worse then JW's. I'd rather he just become a Satanist. (Not to be confused with a devil worshiper, they aren't the same) Sure he'd be more selfish, but at least he'd have some balls. JW's are enslaved human beings.
I left mainline religion due to the underlying caste system in the church. If I was to define myself, my belief system would be Sikh philosophy. Of all the religions I studied in college, Christianity, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Jainism (tough life style). Hinduism, Buddhism... Sikhism actually spoke most to me.. Not many people go by the lessons or teachings of what they are to convey in the purist form, and that is to be good to others, which is how I view the bible, a book of lessons. Not historic truth. More like metaphorical example.. In my view, Christianity has become very different from its core, and some of its most die-hard believers for some reason are its worst members, due this loop of justifying sins. Its a sad thing how many of them just don't get how simple it really is supposed to be.
I have a very unusual belief system in religion, in that I must admit complete ignorance in the face of a creator of any kind, and that life itself is not meant to have that answer. If we had it, life would cease to even mean anything. As its meaning is defined by our existing feebleness in creating false answers.. To even understand it is so far beyond human understanding and mental capability, it will not matter.
Very easy to disagree with my ideas, but that is only for now. I don't know where the future will bring me in terms of religion, but I tend not to like faiths that force you to believe unbelievable things to be or feel accepted, that isn't honest or true to ones self, and is one of the hardest aspects of Christianity and why I dislike the church. A minister said it best, 'you either believe or you don't. I tend to agree with this, and threw in the towel to seek philosophy instead of a system of self correction and concern for having entirely normal thoughts and feelings that comes with being human. Why should such things be viewed in sin and taught as wrong?
Wow, I'm surprised Jewish ranks 3rd on that list. I would think they would be at the top.
The Jews have always believed in education.
Although I would guess most Atheists have college degrees.
Thanks for validating my point.
We have an insurance policy not just the 144,000. You don't need a theology major to know that. The Bible is black and white, just read it. Don't listen to your priest or pastor....read the Bible.
I am the only JW on my side of the family and I have a great relationship with them...everyone makes their own choices. (JW's have bigger balls then most people...especially the one's that are persecuted in other countries. Many are killed and tortured and some are sitting in Prison in Korea) Yes...it's happening in modern day, but you will never hear about it in the news.
Because a group of people (7 million strong) are trying to follow actual Bible teaching, then we are referred to as a cult. Just because the majority of the world believes something doesn't mean it's true.
It's never about who's right or wrong...it comes down to your faith in the Bible.
Ive never found JW's to be obnoxious...
White Evangelicals on the other hand.... Whew!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for validating my point.

Actually, it's Internet. You aren't the GregN.
Do you say "We have to go to hospital"?

How do you know that the majority is Asian?
What if the muslim was Albanian? And the agnostic and athiest were from Canada. Then you'd have a split down the middle.
Shit, what if the Buddhist was from Finland?
Thanks for validating my point.

And the fire said to me: Nix, Nix, you're my instrument. From now on, you'll be called the Puritan.
You will find a few good men and women, and together, together you will cleanse the world.
