Demon Front Single PCB version

I bought this because I was interested in it. It seems to be just a PGM board with the demon front chips on it, very simple and works great. Seems to be a real release and not a boot.

Yeah, there are a couple single pcb releases like that. SVC chaos, KOF 2003, and Demon front to name a few games from cart based systems that got a pcb release. Demon Front is a really fun game. If it wasn't for wanting Martial Masters as well, I'd have grabbed that pcb long ago

Makes me wonder if you can just hot swap the roms from the carts since a lot of the roms on the board are socketed.

Didn't know Demon Front had a single board version. I know Spectral vs. Generation and a few others had them. Now i'd like to track a demon front board down. :buttrock:

Nice score, I've never seen this one in a single board version. The Gladiator is another one released both as a cart and stand alone PCB. And as mentioned, keep an eye on that battery. I learned that lesson the hard way and have since removed the batteries on all of my PGM boards.
